- ➤ Connecticut schools will offer a free high school elective called 'An American History of Rock and Soul' this fall, where students explore U.S. history through music and multimedia. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State officials reminded Connecticut drivers on Monday to clear snow and ice from their roofs after Winter Storm Benjamin to avoid fines of $75-$120 and steeper penalties if injuries or property damage occur; drivers already on the road are exempt. WFSB
