- ➤ Next Thursday, Mar. 5 at 7 p.m., Ukrainian pianist Ruslan Ramazanoy and soprano Teryn Kuzma will perform 'Keys of Resilience' at Westport Country Playhouse to raise funds for Ukrainian communities — including Westport’s sister city, Lyman. 06880

- ➤ Connecticut lawmakers will phase out waivers that allow 4-year-olds to attend kindergarten early. Districts may offer waivers for one more year, but the ban takes full effect by fall 2027 when the new Sept. 1 cut-off applies. News 12 Connecticut
