- ➤ A man was arrested on Thursday night in Woodbridge after witnesses reported that he spray painted swastikas and derogatory terms near Pease Road—Philip Bachelder, 30, now faces charges including second degree intimidation, criminal mischief, trespass, and disorderly conduct and is set to appear in court on March 27.
