- ➤ The Planning and Zoning Commission rescheduled the Hamlet at Saugatuck public hearing to April 7 and left the posted agenda unchanged even though plans had shifted. Commissioners sent the amendment on Baron’s South open-space affordable housing back to P&Z Director Michelle Perillie for revisions—a change that will set the stage for a later vote.
