- ➤ Debra Kandrak launched her 'Paint the Town Yellow' campaign in October 2019 after starting a memory garden to honor lost loved ones. The campaign gained support from residents, business owners, and town officials and now fills Westport each spring with thousands of daffodils — a tribute to those remembered, including Staples High School senior Max Harper. 06880

- ➤ Levitt Pavilion in Westport will expand its 2025 lineup by adding free musical performances and ticketed events—new acts include Dogs in a Pile on June 20 at 7:30 p.m., Disco Biscuits on June 28 at 6:30 p.m., Michael Franti and Spearhead with Allen Stone on July 13 at 5 p.m., and The Wood Brothers on Aug. 10 at 6 p.m. Early bird ticket prices for some events will end soon.
