  • Blue Cross Blue Shield will begin distributing payments in May from its $2.67 billion settlement to eligible subscribers — including Connecticut residents — who filed claims before Nov. 5, 2021, with checks averaging about $333 per claim provided via electronic debit card.  The Hour
