Today, over 200 community members gathered at Compo’s South Beach for the 11th annual 06880 blog party—enjoying food, drinks and live music by Warren Bloom—while longtime locals and new residents celebrated their strong community spirit.

During summer rains, Westport residents may hear a gray treefrog calling softly as it shifts its color from gray to green, making it hard to see when approached.

This small amphibian uses sticky toe discs to cling to plants and is one of only two treefrog species found in Connecticut.
