- ➤ Fairfield police say Westport psychiatrist Dr. Lazaro Pomeraniec, a 75-year-old accused of fourth-degree sexual assault after more than 10 patients reported he inappropriately touched them during hugs, surrendered his license on July 8+ and will face court on Aug. 8+ following incidents reported on May 13, June 24, and March 13.
