- ➤ Apple Montessori Schools is appealing a Westport Planning & Zoning Commission decision that blocked its plan to convert a 7,000 sqft building on Post Road East into a new school; revised plans include extra parking and removal of the drop-off lane, with a hearing set in Bridgeport on Jan. 8. REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Thomas Chu of TCT Enterprises in Westport plans to convert the closed Bed Bath and Beyond on Westport Ave in Norwalk into CHALK, an indoor play center for young children (offering play, music, and arts and crafts). A planning review will take place next month with a spring opening. The Hour
