- ➤ On Friday, March 7, local playwright Nancy Herman and co-writer Lynda Sorensen presented 'Words From The Front' at Westport Community Theatre to an audience of about 60. The performance used real messages and a video interview to share personal stories about Ukraine, including exchanges between Herman's daughter and her Ukrainian soldier cousin — and it ended with a discussion on the issues raised.
